Wii U center (face it: musou is a genre)

NetherRealm's new DC fighter, Injustice: Gods Among Us, is also coming to Wii U.

This is the first time I've seen the Wii U logo at the end of a trailer. Is the embargo up, or are we so close to E3 that no one cares anymore?

Nintendo Land analysis. Quite revealing.

I completely missed the Samus helmet. I thought they were using Smash Bros icons, I guess not. Octopus + Balloon Fight seem like strange choices but I do like the fact that more obscure games and characters are getting representation here.

Wayforward is working on Shantae for Wii U

Quote:ND: Speaking of Shantae, is there anything coming down the pipeline that you can talk about?

Voldi: Um, I mean, I wish I could say something specific, but we are working on it. Like I would expect to see it on, you know, Wii U, uh, it’s just, I don’t want to commit to a time because it always gets– even though we have been working on it, you know, like I said it gets pushed to the back burner, so um, originally we were hoping to have something for launch, but that’s clearly not going to happen. But yeah, Shantae is definitely in the works, and the last one, Risky’s Revenge, kind of left off on, like, a down note, so we have to address that, right? So yeah, definitely more Shantae, for sure.

But will it actually come out? It wouldn't be the first time a Shantae game went poof.

Happy to hear this, I just hope its not like the iPad version of Risky’s Revenge where the game looks like I'm play a GBA game on the GBA Player. =/

Well if it's being made for the Wii U first and foremost then it won't have port jankiness.

Nintendo Power confirmed Mighty Switch Force HD is coming to the Wii U eshop.

With more games planned, you can't say Wayforward isn't on board.

Unreal Engine 4 "not intended for Wii U." It can run UE4 games, Epic just has no intention of making that happen themselves. Considering their history, I'm not really surprised.

If the Wii-u can run UE4 then thats a very good sign that the Wii-u is more powerful then the 360 and PS3 cause that I'm aware of they can't run it.
